Refunds for advance ticket purchases are available within 31 days of the purchase date. For tickets purchased more than 31 days ago, online credit card refunds may not be available; however, an online refund issued as a gift card for future use may be offered.
Guests with tickets older than 31 days are encouraged to visit the theater for assistance, where a refund may be issued to the original form of payment.
Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process.
