World Trade Center - w/Exhibit 4-8:30pm (PG-13)
SynopsisWill Jimeno and John McLoughlin were among five Port Authority police officers who rushed into the burning World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001, to help rescue people and were trapped when the towers collapsed. Miraculously, McLoughlin and Jimeno survived, but they were buried beneath slabs of concrete and twisted metal, 20 feet below the rubble field. A race against time ensued to free them before their air ran out. Although they couldn't see each other, each could hear that the other had survived. For the next 12 hours, they kept each other alive--talking about their families, their lives on the force, their hopes and their disappointments.
