I had my daughter's birthday party at the Bryan theatre today and I must say it was a great experience. Justin, our host, was very attentive and took very good care of us. This was my first, but definately not our last event there. Thanks for everything!!!!!!!

I was at the showing for Breaking Dawn #1. People are always commenting on negitive things and I would like to say something very positive. I have been attending Baytown Premiere Cinemas in Baytown Texas for a long time. The reason I continue to go is that I always feel safe, the management/staff is always very professional, and I know that when I go I don't have to listen to people talking/phones ringing while I watch the show. There is always a police officer visable and I am very thankful. Please let the nice lady (Diane/Ann)know how much I appreciate the show atmosphere. By the way can you lower your ticket prices a little?

We love Tomball Movie Theater in Tomball, Texas. The price can't be beat for Just Released movies. The workers are enthusiastic about their job & they really make you feel taken care of. This level of customer service is unrivaled at ANY price. Last week I arrived at the theater in bad need of a phone. Thanks to caring workers I was able to contact my husband about something urgent. I had no money & was very thirsty. They let me get a Coke in complete faith that my husband would arrive & pay for it. They're great!!! Thank you Tomball Movie Theater workers!

Nothing better than small town hospitality. Excellent prices with refills. Never seems to be over crowded. We watch 2 movies and eat dinner for the price of admission at the other competitors in area. The seats are nice and you can go to Tuesday morning afterwards or if you like Goodwill the one next door has a lot of vintage items to choose from.

I have been living in the Greenspoint area all my 16 years and I am so glad that a theater FINALLY opened in the area . So far I have seen 3 movies at the Premiere cinema and I have to say that I LOVED it . It was clean and not too much people . The seats were kind of uncomfortable ,but they recline ! I hope that the theater stays in good condition and that it helps the mall to get more people ! I will be going here for now on :D

My boyfriend and I went to see The Hangover Part II last night and was amazed at the new Greenspoint location. It was so nice and clean, bathrooms looked amazing and the seats were cool too. Boyfriend said they weren't that comfortable for him, but we really enjoyed our visit there. Hopefully the residents near by will keep it clean and a safe family place to visit. We're now gonna come as much as we can :) .

I love the PC theater here in Webster. I am in here so much the staff knows my family on site. The theater is quaint and actually more friendly than the larger movie theater next door. This theater is usually crowded during the weekends, but during the week its not so bad. During the week, its just right for relaxing. The theater is so nice, family friendly, the staff so hospitable.. When I have lost things in the theaters the staff knew it belonged to me and held it for me, confidently knowing I'd return. Some of the cashiers even know my favorite thing to order for my daughter and for me! I'd rather go here than the premium Edwards or AMC theaters. Other theaters let the customers ruin the movie going experience, but this place has the right amount of etiquette/rigidity to keep their theater from becoming a dump. Thanks PC!

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the opening of Premiere Cinemas at the Greenspoint location. I have lived in the area for nearly fourteen years and have seen it in the worst of times and the best of times. For a company to take the initiative and open here is a Godsend to those of us who have families and enjoy the movie going experience. No longer will I have to drive to Willowbrook or Deerbrook to see a movie. When the revitalization is complete and all of the shops and restaurants are open I know the economic impact will take this community even further. My son and I went to the new Greenspoint Premiere Cinema on it's opening day to see" Thor". I liked the way the theater was set up. The staff was friendly and the seats were comfoftable. The prices at the concession were also reasonable. The sound was a little bit loud but overall we were pleased with the experience. We hope it stays that way because we live in the area.

I find that the quality control of the popcorn is really good. Every time I go the popcorn is great and the salt content is the same, not too salty but just right. A lot of theater popcorn is very salty one time and the next time it may be OK. You can always add salt if you wish but you can not take it out. Keep up the good work.

I am really disappointed that you are now showing the earlier daily matinees only on Friday through Sunday. I have been a very loyal customer to Premiere since they first opened back in June 2008. I love how the seats lean back and the arm rests go up and how you can't possibly get lost in the theater like you can at Hollywood. The employees there are always so upbeat and friendly when they see me and the managers are the friendliest people as well. I always love to visit with the smiling faces at Premiere. I'm 61 yrs. old. I went to your theater and found it very clean. When I was a kid,the theaters were so nasty that your feet would stick to the floor from all the junk. I found your theater very clean,even the restrooms. The seats were nice and roomy and I'm a big guy. All of the staff were pleasent and helpful. Very nice place and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great news for all Bryan-College Station movie enthusiasts!! Premier Cinemas will be installing D-Box Technologies' cutting-edge MFX motion seating in this theater in early November 2010. These D-Box MFX motion seats contain small actuators (motors) in the base of the seat which are capable of very fast movements (up to 100 movements/second), and move in all 3-axis directions, when appropriate, for the movie scene. The resulting motion is perfectly synchronized with all onscreen action, creating an unmatched realistic immersive experience. This allows you to "feel" and experience a movie as you never have before. You actually feel as though you are a part of the movie-flying, falling, driving, gunshots, explosions, etc. It very much enhances the overall movie experience by "drawing you in" to the movie. (For those of you that might be sensitive to motion sickness, you have complete control of the level of motion/vibration at your chair, so if you're uncomfortable with it, you can turn it off). It's very cool if you like that sort of stuff. But be warned!! Once you experience a movie with the D-Box MFX motion seating, watching a movie without it just isn't the same!! I should know. i actually visted the Burleson theatre and found it quiet amaing--it was so clean and so comfortable to watch a full movie without being to hot or to cold, and the movie starting on time.. Customer service was so great, and the food at the concession look so good- myself and my date--almost had to try it all-almost** I believe that we should have more of these all over and with the same effect that we recieved at the Burleson location.. We attend the theatre in Plant City, FL. You might want to consider some earlier time movies during the week days. We would also like to commend that took care of us. I am assuming he was the manager on duty. He was very courteous and took the time to explain any features and specials that were available.

I went today to the basset location and was greated by a gentleman by the name of Aaron he was positive and helpful and fast passed. Because of him he made my day and made my first experience at that movie theater positive and i will keep going back there as long as the rest of employees are like him.

I would like for everyone to know about the Great service I experienced. I attended the Premiere Cinemas in Orlando on September 11, 2010. I was greeted and served by Cathryn and Lillian. I had purchased a hot dog, then they discovered they had sold them all. They were in the process of cooking more, so that I was not inconvenienced these two young ladies offered to deliver my hotdog and the condiments to me in the auditorium. They went the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. I will be back to this theater again because of great employees like those.

The closest theater to my house is about a 5 mile , drive your's at basset for me is around 15 miles out of my way, but I don't mind at all your theater is the BOMB! It's clean , I like the snacks you have , and the ppl are friendly . Although it's usually packed somehow you all manage to keep it under control . Unlike the one clos to my home that's over crowded and lines even for the ladies room! Thanks and please keep it up!

My husband and I went there to watch blind side. I love how clean the place was and the staff was nice. We are planning to watch Vampires Suck this weekend there. All the other theathers around don't keep their places clean and the seats are broken. So I will be a continuing customer.

I was visiting the Premiere Cinemas in Orlando Florida at the Fashion Square Mall, and I had a question about my rewards card. I asked one employee about the items that I earned, and he proceeded to tell me. I was a little disappointed, so I was trying to figure out if I wanted to purchase anything from the concession stand, or use my rewards card. Two other employees (Amy & Andrew) overheard the conversation that I was having with the first employee. They proceeded to explain the program into great detail and I fully understood after they were finished. I was so pleased with how those two employees took the time to call me over and explain in detail, and answer every question that I had without judgment. They made my daughter and I feel important so I was able to give my daughter the movie experience that I was hoping for. Because of employees like Amy and Andrew are the reasons I continually visit that theater. Please let them know how much I appreciate what they did for me that day. Sincerely, Repeat Customer

My daughter and I went to the Premiere dollar theatre Montwood 7 operated by Mr. Ray, manager, to see "Letters to Juliet." It was a great experience! Mr. Ray's staff was courteous and friendly. They took care of their guests (to include us) quickly. The theatre was clean and comfortable. I thoroughly lost myself in the story, forgetting I was in a theatre. Kudos to your dollar theatre staff in El Paso!

Love this theater, totally chilled & relaxed, staff is very friendly and the seating is very comfortable, I take my girlfriend there all the time, there is one across town but I only went there once and then I tried Premiere as soon as it opened I've been going there ever since Keep Up the Great Work, Staff it definetly does not go unnoticed!!!

OMG!!! I love this theater so much, it's my favorite, I just wish ALL the movies are played there. Wonderful staff, I also have a favorite manager there, I think her name is Alma? She is the only manager that helps me out along with another manager but i do not see her there anymore. If I ever Have a concern, I ask for her because she is so polite and professional. Great Job! Great Prices as well and cheese! Thanks Premiere!

We drive all the way to the Bessemer, Al location, we love the stadium seating and we feel it is cleaner than most the theaters we go to, my thanks to the employees there for keeping the theater and restrooms clean. Thanks to whoever is the manager of the Burleson theater and the employees that work there. I was just there to see a movie and was so impressed with how clean the theater is and I really like that there is a police officer in the parking lot and inside the theater. We had a fabulous experience during the midnight showing of Eclipse. My family and I have been to several midnight showings at the Premiere Cinema in Temple throughout the years and this one was by far the best! The organization the theater showed was exceptional. There were 7 sold out showings (over 2,000 people). Premiere Cinemas divided everyone into groups according to their tickets. This alleviated people cutting in line and switching theaters to get better seats. If this type of organization continues, we will be back! Thanks for all of the hard work by everyone at the theater! You did a GREAT job!

I have been to all the theaters in this area and I visited Premiere in Burleson this evening to treat my dad to a movie for fathers day. By far this theater out does the other ones. The staff was kind and efficient at the ticket counter and at the snack bar. Then when we walked into the theater #7 and sat in the seats we got another fabulous surprise! Not only were the seats EXTREMELY commfy but they reclined as well. THEN I found out that the arm rests RAISE up! I was very pleased with my Premiere movie experience and plan on taking my husband to see a movie very soon....and trust me...we won't have an arm rest between us! :) Hope this helped. Premiere Cinema made my engagement plans possible. I contacted Rave Theatre in Daphne, AL and set up a wedding proposal to my fiancee. They backed out on me at the last minute, claiming they had no one to work the equipment!!! I called Premiere on the eve of the proposal date and they were so excited and eager to help me. They set up the proposal better than I could ever have imagined. Thank You Premiere Cinema for coming through and saving my engagement when Rave would not! Premiere is the best!!

Me and my family went to the movies to watch alice in wonderland one evening and from the time we entered the people at the movies were great. A young man by the name of sam was great friendly and kind and took very good care of me and my family my entire order was correct with know mistakes.Soda cold and popcorn fresh.We entered the movies and ten minutes into the movie my son was very scared and i exit the movie and talked to a young lady by the name of lisa slater . I explain the problem to her and the only child movie that was showing was how to train a dragon which she suggested for his age, she then went to talk to the manager and he stated that it was okay.She was so friendly,grest smile and she kept eye contact which blew my mind. Shen then stated that if we had anymore problems to please feel free to talk to her. I just had one question where do you find such great people. If i had a company i would hire them fast. Manager Cindy I believe thats her name was also so great.I would recommend this theatre to all my friends and family. With service like this i will be a customer for life. Customer service is key in ever business and your crew went beyond that,thank you!

I absolutely love Premiere Cinemas! I love the friendly atmosphere, the great food (especially the starbucks), and the seats that are sooo comfortable! :) The bathrooms are well kept also! I give this theatre a "5" on a scale of 1-5, five being the best! Keep it up Premiere! :)

I've been to many theaters in my life and Priemiere Cinema has been one of the best. Our movie theater was closed down and re-opened by Premiere Cinema, let me just say Plant City has not had a better movie theater!!

i love going to the movies the service is great and their popcorn is the best on the island!! The "Director" is actually working (unlike other thatres where they are in a suit and only present themselves if there's a problem) and you can tell its a nice friendly enviroment.

It is vary nice, professionally run, the premmices are keep clean and attractive and of course it being new it is all digital so the quality is beyond compare. I love going to this theatre! The people who work here are very courteous and helpful. The theatre is always clean and neat, very clean restrooms. The seats are way beyond comfortable (this is a very important feature to me as I have a bad back. I couldn't last through the movie if the seats were not this comfortable.) And the popcorn actually tastes like popcorn,not sawdust! Trust me, not all theatres can have this said for them! Well, see you all there tomorrow for Avatar!
