I say Bryan Premiere Cinema is the cats meow in my book! Not only is the popcorn amazingly fresh but you can add your own butter! As well as adding your own cheese on the nachos! Everything is wonderful!! My one recommendation is they should add a Mcdonalds! Just think about enjoying nice big mac while watching the show! AWW heaven! Well all I can say is the staff is friendly, the food is great, and the movies are totally rad!! the seats are comfy i feel like im at home in my easy chair!! RAr Rar! My family and i went down to Galveston Island for the Motor Bike weekend, my kids like kids wanted to go trick or treating yet we are not familiar with the island so we had no solution to this problem, untill our receptionist told us that the theatre right across from us was giving candy out to little kids! Thank you for making us feel welcomed! like every other mom i took pictures of my kids with the employees there, i think its very cute that they have spirit even as teenagers there was a mad hatter, a bee, a killer, and so many more and they were all very welcoming and made my kids happy. Thank you Galveston!

I live in Houston and surely i go to AMC 30 and Cinemark, but i went down to Galveston to see a movie with a few friends there and Premiere theatre gives Houston a run for their money, its not that big and populated but the people working there make you feel welcomed and are very energetic, im thinking of making my little brother apply there for the holidays!!

I've always been to Cinemark 12 in texas city becasue it was cheap, but i took a chance and decided to go to Premiere here on the island, and WOW what a difference!! They are curtious the seats are comfy the popcorn is fresh and the soda is not flat, who could imagine a theatre like this. i even got offered help to my seat because i bought so much, the workers there were friendly despite the fact that it was a busy night. it was a PREMIERE expiriance and i am glad i went out on a limb, thank you Premiere for showing me what i had benn missing out on all these years!!

I notice as I read the comments here that this company seems to be aiming to please it's customers all over the US. Way to go!!! I just attended a movie near me in Plant City, FL for the first time at this theatre and it was a pleasure. Friendly staff, clean and comfy theatre and clean restrooms. Usually my back hurts from the lousy chairs in movie theatres but NOT HERE at Premiere!!! THANK YOU PREMIERE for the GREAT COMFY SUPPORTIVE CHAIRS!!! And again I must say the teens working there were a pleasure to deal with....almost like going to a popular fast food place I know of where they are trained to exhibit respect and manners.....seems this theatre has caught on to that sort of customer service...a REAL PLEASURE, and I will be telling everyone I know they must give this place a chance!

Since reopening here in Plant City, this theater company has rolled out the carpet for its patrons! It is clean and the staff are attentive. Just got home tonight and the only change I would make is maybe add some seating for people who are waiting in the lobby; I guess the movie before us ran a little late and the cleaning crew couldn't get in until 5 minutes before the time advertised for ours was to start. BUT, by all means, a great place to come. Keep up the great work!

After the other company closed the Plant City theatre we were forced to use the Cobb theatre in Lakeland and although it's nice the lines are very long, it's extremely busy inside and it's a chore just to find the theatre that you suppose to be in. When Plant City reopend, WOW - what a difference you have made. There are never any lines, it's clean and the employees are well trained, clean and very courteous. Don't get me wrong the Plant City theatre is busy but it's so organized that everything seems to flow natuarally. I love this new management, the entire theatre got an overhaul and looks great. The individual theatre's are beautifully laid out and easy to access especially for me since I'm handicapped. The sound is great and it's so clean. Thanks for re-opening Plant City theatre and giving us back a beautiful, clean and safe place for us to watch all the great movies again! Dana in Plant City, FL - your loyal patron!

My family and I believe that this is the best kept secret theater in Orlando. I had a date today with my wife and the staff treated us with excellent customer service. The staff is always so friendly and an employee today, Kelly, was extremely friendly. She made us feel so welcome at your theater and you never get this experience at other theaters. I was at Disney's AMC theater last week with my wife and they clearly had a shortage of employees and the bathrooms were a nightmare. At Premier in Orlando, the restrooms are always clean and in great shape! Tell your staff and management team to keep up the great work...people notice that great customer service is won or lost in the details. Honor, dignity and respect...you are doing it right in Orlando. Keep it up!

I`ve been going to "The Premiere" in McCalla and I love the chairs and the employees r so sweet, if u ask 4 a tray they give u a tray, no questions or disagreements. They`re very respectful. I love going to the premiere when my parents let me that is. I think if u live close to the premiere or something like that then u have my word u should definetly go to Tannehill Premiere.

My daughter and I enjoy going to the movie theaters and have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Premier Cinema at Bassett. The prices are fantastic, the stadium seating is great, and the snack bar serves excellent and enticing snacks. It's everything like the other cinemas in town, but they provide better services at a lower cost (snacks AND admission) without any compromise to quality at all. I highly recommend this theater. When movies premier, or any movie we want to see is out, we always look to first make sure it’s showing at Premier Cinema at Basset so that we can see it there. We are faithful customers and will continue our services with them! Thanks for providing a great place for entertainment!

I recently went to see Star Trek in the Hereford, TX Moovies 6 and was so impressed with the theatre. It was so clean and the people were very friendly and helpful. The manager Dane has done a great job. The theatre has recently seen some remodel work and the new seats in some of the theatres have made a huge difference. Once all the theatre rooms have been updated with new seats I believe this is a theatre that anyone in Hereford will be proud to go watch a new movie in. Thanks for the great service. Good job! In January, a group of students from Elsanor School went on a field trip to see "The Tale of Despereaux" at the Spanish Fort, AL cinema. The service was outstanding. Cory took the time to meet with me personally to set up this field trip for our students. He even took them in the media room following the movie to explain the digital concept. June and Chris were also exceptional. The service they provided to our students was outstanding as well. We planned to take the children to a park for lunch following the movie. However, the weather would not permit us to do so. June, Cory and Chris graciously allowed our group to eat in the party room. They were very accommodating. They had smiles on their faces the whole time. Elsanor school would like to say a big thank you to Cory, June, and Chris for making our field trip wonderful!!

We just had our daughter's 11th Birthday party at the new Premiere Cinema in McCalla, AL. It was GREAT!!! I want to thank Premier Cinema's for hosting Monday Morning Mommy Movies, it helps bring a family oriented feel to your theaters. Another theater in the area has expressed less than family friendly sentiments when it comes to accommodating small children (I had asked why there were no changing tables in the restrooms and was told that the theater discouraged customers from bringing children who required diapers). I'm not a big fan of the name "Mommy movies" I think is pushes away stay at home dads who may want to participate, but all in all the theater is welcoming to families and I appreciate that.

Love the Aggieland theater in Bryan, Texas. The seats are comfortable, you can get a free rewards card (earn points for free tickets, drinks, etc..), love that you show the movies for a longer period of time for those of us that dislike the crowds, we love that we are always treated very well by the staff and we love that you can refill your large drinks and popcorn before we head off to your game room! I have 5 kids and it is very hard to pay the $10 dollars a-head at the new movie theatre down the street. Thats why i love TOMBALL PREMIRE CINEMA!!!!! It's a great option for family fun not to mention great popcorn!!!!! Keep up the great work Tomball

Premiere Nasa Dollar 8 is a great place to see a movie! Our group of about 20 arranged a private movie showing as a surprise for a friend. Eric, the fantastic manager, and his great staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating. The price was reasonable, the theater was nice, and this party was a big hit! I will certainly use Premiere Nasa Dollar 8 for any parties like this in the future.

Wonderful experience! We just had a group of 20 girls go for a birthday celebration watching High School Musical 3 and were treated extremely well! From buying the tickets and kids pack ahead of time from Ms. Iris to being greeted at the entrance and taken care of by Mrs. Paula and staff we definately had a day to remember! The Plant City theatre did well by changing hands to Premiere!

Went to see Hancock yesterday. I was really impressed with the Theater. It was clean and spacious. First time my legs did not cramp up because the seating had more than ample leg room and the reclining chairs were surprisingly comfortable. The tickets were surprising affordable.

Went to the Temple cinema this weekend I don't know if anyone took pictures of the decorations they did for the Batman movie but WOW! The employee's were also in costume they had a poison ivy, 2 face, lots of jokers and of course Batman....I really hope that they get some sort of recognition for this it was outstanding, I asked how they built things they said with empty boxes from their inventory..It's always fun to visit that theater when a big movie comes out, my husband had just got back from Iraq and it was his first movie, thanks Premiere we had a fun evening.

We saw "Batman - The Dark Knight" at your newest theater in Bessemer, Alabama. We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The theater is very pretty, particulary the carpeting that has the unique movie theme. The SOUND in the movie was incredible. It truly made the movie that much more enjoyable. I do not know of any Birmingham, AL area theater that can beat it. Your snack bar had some unique items, like "Dippin Dots." The popcorn might just be the best theater popcorn around, too. Thank you for putting a theater in this area. I'll definitely be back (and there is a movie theater much closer). Keep it clean and secure and you will have great crowds. My only thing I wish you had had were the earphones for the hearing impaired. One of my party has hearing problems and other theaters in the areas have those. The kids in the ticket booth said they were coming soon. Congratulations on such a nice addition to our entertainment world. JW

My girlfriend and I went to see 'The Dark Knight' Friday night and I just gotta say WOW. The superb decorations, the very organized fashion of everything (lines, waiting areas, etc...), the quick ticket sellers and snack bar workers, and the total energy the staff (in very AWESOME costumes) had was fun and added to the experience! This is by far their best opening for a new movie and I don't know what excited me more, the movie or the overall atmosphere of the entire theatre! We had so much fun! We plan on returning a few times this weekend to check out all the decorations and costumes and a few more movies! Keep it up guys, you all rocked the opening of Dark Knight!

My daughter and I go to the movies very often. We have been so delighted with the new theaters. The snack bar isn't so overpriced that we can't afford snacks. The theater is closer than the one we used to attend and we don't have to deal with a bunch of teenagers just hanging around the lobby and parking lot as we did at the other theater. Another couple of comments that myself and others I work with share is that we love the rocking seats that the arms lift on to allow more room and not so many stairs to deal with. Overall, myself, my daughter and co workers are all pleased with this theater

I absolutely LOVE going to the cinema on Friday nights. I know to some, the thought of going there on a Friday would be terrifying because of all the new releases. I, however, beg to differ. At the Bryan location, the ushers are so polite with handling the traffic in the hallways and atrium, the concession staff is so nice, and the overall feel of the theatre is just wonderful. Though I do miss the fun greetings and witty commments the box worker with the red hair (I think her name is Ivana) usually makes when I purchase my tickets, I still enjoy this theatre. My visit to the theatre was fantastic. My counter person Taylor was very helpful with my movie selection. The bathrooms need some work though.

Well i do enjoy coming to the cinemas cause they have good people great service. However even though the matinees don't have many people there you all still need to keep a steady paced line going for tickets and refreshments. Other than that on those busy nights and days you all are so quick and steady with everything and I do love that. I'll always enjoy my time at the movies with Premiere Cinema 16

The Galveston Premiere theatre reminds me of how much I love the "old school" movie experience. The super friendly staff, the fresh popcorn and hometown feel makes this theatre a home away from home. We have enjoyed going to your theater. The different movie areas are great--comfortable, roomy, but often too cool. We bring jackets, even in the summer. We enjoy the $1.00 movies in the summer, and we enjoy the low prices for the starting movies each day. We especially enjoy the rewards card, and we use it every time we come to the movies.

Recently Watched Juno at the Temple Theater and Loved the experience. Box Office greeted me in a welcoming manner. The Concession food was Fresh and hot, even with a big crowd all the concessionist seemed courteous and quick to deliver food. Who ever was in charge of starting the movie, I didnt see any problems and being a big movie buff I've seen plenty of movies where movie is out of focus constantly and the lights never turn off.

Our daughter told us about your theater at Bassett, at first we said no because it is 22 miles away and we have one about six miles to us.... well, needless to say we went and was pleasantly surprised. The prices for admission and the refreshments are outstanding for seniors on a fixed income. But most impressive was the service....as a senior we don't always get treated nicely because sometimes we are slower or can't hear very clearly at times.....your staff at Bassett are kind and very patient and they are waiting on "YOU" not looking at the next customer or looking like they wish they were somewhere else like a lot of the young people do today. Also you restrooms are nice and clean, very important in my book as I have to use them so often, hazzards of old age. Driving the 22 miles is worth every ounce of gas we use in the car. Thank you! Your theater is our theater of choice.

This theatre in Fashion Squae Mall is great! Great sound, picture and staff! I had a big event here and they gave me a great deal on the whole theatre ..... 1/4 the price of other (Pointe Orlando) theatres. Thanks guys, you are now my thatre of choice! Just one gripe...and nothing to do with the theatre...Im just tired of all the people and young kids "talking" through the whole movie! Come on! While I greatly enjoy your theatre and think your staff is top-notch, I am becoming less and less excited about the movie-going experience as a whole, and in the future, feel that I should just wait for the DVD release instead of watching a new film in your theatre or anywhere else. Yesterday, I had another movie experience ruined by the lack of courtesy and maturity that is becoming more and more common in the typical movie patron. I was greatly distressed to see that a woman with a small child and an infant in a stroller was allowed to attend the R-rated "Walk Hard." Naturally, the infant cried throughout the movie and the "mother" did nothing to quiet the noise nor did she take the baby out into the lobby. I eventually walked out in the middle of the movie, since it was impossible to enjoy it under these conditions. Unfortunately, infants and cell phones are the normal background noise of almost every movie I see these days. However, on the rare occasion when this is not the case, I great enjoy seeing a move at the Fashion Square Premiere Cinema.

Just wanted someone to know that the management Team at Premiere ( Chris, Kala, Tony and Gabi) are one of the best I have seen in the theater business in Orlando. They are very considerate of all the customers and will do everything in there power to make everyone happy. I go to Premiere 2 to 3 times a week and they always greet me and my guest when we arrive, Kala and Gabi alway offer coffee which I love because it is free. Gabi alway make a new batch when she see's us coming. Tony and Chris open doors and help us with our concession items, you do not see that kind of customer service. The bathrooms are clean but sometimes they do not flush properly and it smells at times. The theaters are alway clean and the picture and sound are great. Thank you for reading my letter.

I work for the Premiere Cinema company, and I greatly enjoy my job. I was recently promoted to the projection position and I feel like I contribute my best efforts to the theater, just as my co-workers and management team do. Though we work diligently, I still see the faces of those who work alongside me light up with smiles which makes working for the company an even more pleasant experience for me. We keep our customers priority one. I have received good feedback on the upkeep of our theater on more than a few occasions. I have no intention of quitting my job any time in the near future, as we all work hard to ensure the Alvin theater can only become better as every day passes.

I have not been to the Alvin PC in years, becasue when I went in the past the theatre was kind of old, and the screens and sound was often messing up in the middle of movies. Like I said, It has been years since I have went last, and I recently returned to watch a movie there b/c I heard there had been some good changes there. I was very pleased! The employees were very friendly, the theatre was clean, and the movie was great! I usally drive 20 mins away to the Cinemark to watch movies, but I can now say that with the improvement the Alvin PC has made I wont have to be making that drive anymore because I can watch great movies right here in town!

I just returned home from an enjoyable afternoon at your Galveston Premiere Theater. I saw the movie "Transformers" with my little boy and I must say, the sound quality was awesome, I felt as though I was right there in the middle of the battles. Also a couple days prior, My family and I enjoyed ourselves while we watched "Ratatoulle" at that same location. I got a chance to visit Moovies 6 in Hereeford and to enjoy a movie for the first time in a long time. What A treat! The Manager showed me around and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the sepearate theaters, the work areas, the concession area and the lobby. Evidently she, the Manager, believes that a clean area is not only a more attractive area but it is also a safer area in which to visit and work. I definitely agree. Kudoos to the Manager, Moovies 6 is an absolute asset to our community of Hereford.

The Gears of War Tournament was a huge success! After talking w/ some of the staff, they realize there are some things that could be done in the future to expedite the whole process. I drove 45 miles just to participate in the event. I had a blast. I was a little bummed to find out that the next possible tournament will be held in the summertime. In my opinion thats un acceptable. I know the overall results of the tournament were a success; so why wait several months to hold another one? PLEASE, PLEASE dont wait till Summer. The last time I went to Moovie 6 in Hereford was to see Johnny Depps new Caribbean movie. The sound and picture was so much better than it was when I went to see 'Satan wears Prada'. I love your movie theater. Granger is a very small town with not much of anything to do if anything at all. I lived in Round Rock for years, and dicided it was just getting to be too much to do/ anything with all the traffic and moved back to Granger. Moveis 8 has very selective movies and most of the time you cannot watch a movie there that is mostly black casted, so I appreciate that when I want to see a movie that I would like to support that I can come to find it in temple. Fabulous theater! I brought my whole family to see Cars and I must say we were definitely satisfied. The seats are probably the most comfortable I have ever sat in. It feels like one of the Temper-pedic beds. I bet you could even do that wine glass experiment on the seats here. You should try it the next time you go there, only use one of their large sodas, which by the way is such a great value. So if its satisfaction and value that you are in search of....look no further! Premiere Cinemas has it all.

I have been to the theatre in Gadsden, Al several times and I love it. I like the seats, the surround sound and the fact that there is several movies to choose from. The only complaint I have is the popcorn. It is very bland tasting. I know you have all the flavored butter, and etc to pour on it, but it just goes on the very top. Why don't they add salt and butter seasoning to the popcorn when they pop it? I have just quit buying it. What ever happened to the good old movie theatre popcorn? Please try to get it back. I recently visited your theatre in the Temple mall for a screening of Pirates of the Carribean and was amazed at what a great time I had. The theatre was decorated in a pirate theme and so were all of the employees. They seemed happy to be there which really made the expierience all the better. I was glad to see that their were employees that directed the customers where to go, because usually this is a problem for most people. Please show and/or hang this up where you can show your workers so that they can see how they have a big impact on a customers movie-going trip.Thank You and keep up the good work!

Loved the theater! The sound was amazing, picture was crystal clear. My only problem was the sticky floors. I know its hard to clean with such little time between shows. But maybe you could have someone with a mop come in and check each aisle so that people won't have to walk through the sticky coke spills. Other than that it was a great experience.

Last week, I went to see a movie at the Galveston Premiere Cinema while on vacation. Somehow, I misplaced my checkbook. Thankfully, a faculty member found it, and the General Manager, Lori Roach, promptly sent it back to me. I am very thankful that the cinema has such a honest and generous staff. I highly recommend the theater to anyone vacationing in Galveston. Again, I'd like to express my thanks to the kind faculty and staff.

Thanks for the first class theatre at Fashion Square. Love the friendliness of those working there and the posted movie times on display outside the mall. Hope you will make room to display small independent movies here on a regular basis.

I went and saw the movie "Devil's Rejects" the other day, and I must say that the usher staff was really nice and helpful to me. After the feature I lost my wallet, and in no time flat the ushers had the lights on and found it for me. The entire theater was very clean, and my concession items tasted fresh, and were delivered with haste. The managment seemed to be on top of things, and had everything in order...

I just returned from the new theater at the Fasion Square Mall.....It's really nice to have a top of the line movie experience that is close to home, offers a great selection, and in general was a very wondefull movie going experience. Thank You for bring back a quality theater that isn't just catering to the tourist areas and allows locals a place that is close to home away from the traffic nightmares of a tourist destination. Great Job !!!

I was very pleased with the service and prices at the Alvin Premiere Cinema. I recently visited this location to watch "Guess Who". The prices were reasonalbe and the customer service was exceptional. I've never been happier at another theatre, I will soon be visiting again. Thank you and keep up the good work. Jeff
