Premiere Guest Relations Phone Line Opens

Premiere announced something new for 2010, its "Guest Relations" call center which went into service today. The call center enables movie-goers to contact PCC's corporate headquarters directly with their requests, comments and suggestions twenty-four hours a day.

Premiere's Director of Communications, Kristi Davis, stated the new call center is designed to "enhance and encourage customer feedback and ultimately help us continually improve the movie-going experience. Some of our best ideas come from customers so we really treasure their input."

Premiere has already enjoyed excellent customer feedback from its website forum aptly named 'Guest Comments'. "It's been one of our most popular pages," said Brian Teitelbaum of Premiere's web administration team. "We get hundreds of posts as customers know this section is dedicated entirely to them."

The 'Guest Relations' hotline is designed to take customer service one step further. The call is toll-free to callers throughout the U.S., and calls are recorded and monitored, then routed to the appropriate division based on the subject matter. Callers wishing to be contacted for follow-up can leave their name and contact information as well. All calls are monitored discreetly and the caller's privacy is respected.

Premiere has made great strides in areas of digital cinema this year to improve the movie experience for its guests, becoming one of the few circuits in the U.S. to be almost 100% digitized. "But we realize it doesn't stop there," says Ms. Davis. "We want our customers to know we are attentive and interested in their needs to provide the best care and service possible. We think giving them a direct hotline to home office is just another way of demonstrating this commitment."

The hotline is 1.888.523.9755 and is posted at all theatres; business cards are also available from Premiere's guest service desks.
