Premiere is pleased to honor two of its finest, Brock Miller and Johnny Benavidez, 2008 recipients of the inaugural Mary Hamby Memorial Scholarship Award.

Mr. Miller and Mr Benavidez both graduated from Hereford High School are enrolling in college in the fall. Both men were active in athletics during their high school tenure and Mr. Benavidez was class Valedictorian for the 2008 scholastic year.

Premiere's Joel Davis presented the awards in a ceremony held at Hereford Junior High School. "These are both outstanding students and young men," said Davis, "and we are really proud to be have both of them as associates at our Hereford Premiere Cinema. I am confident they will continue to be great leaders and role models throughout their careers."

The Mary Hamby Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Premiere's long-time Senior Director, Mary Hamby, a lifelong resident of Hereford, Texas.
