Largest Crowd Ever Turns Out for Santa's Arrival at Premiere

Hundreds of wide-eyed children, parents, grandparents and friends joined Premiere Cinema, Temple Mall and EAGLE 101 Kids Club in welcoming Santa to Temple this past Saturday.

Guests gathered in the food court for free hot chocolate, cookies and donuts donated by Jack & Jill Donuts, waiting in great anticipation for the arrival of the most famous celebrity of all. When what to their wondering eyes did appear but a giant EAGLE Milk Truck and Santa himself! Cheers from the anxious crowd could be heard throughout Central Texas as Eagle Morning DJ's broadcast live "play by play" arrival action over the top "Old Rock" station in the trade area.

Once Santa was inside the mall the children paraded with the Jolly Elf through the entire mall to Premiere Cinema where attendees were treated to the Dr. Seuss Move "How The Grinch Stole Christmas".

"It was the biggest Santa arrival we've hosted in my seven years at the mall," said Temple Mall's Marketing Director Trish Lee of the event. "Having the Premiere movie here added a lots of excitement and traffic that we didn't have before."
